Making the decision to start counselling is a big one and I know how important finding the right counsellor is. My working practices are about building trust, ensuring you feel safe, heard and respected as I believe this is the grounding for our therapeutic relationship.
I am a trauma informed integrative counsellor, and I work with grief and bereavement and women experiencing and navigating life changes such as perimenopause, giving birth, loss of identify and relationship changes.
I understand how hard it can be reaching out for support so I will do everything I can to ensure that the process is supportive and that you are fully informed throughout.

In Person Support
In person sessions are held in a private, warm, calm and welcoming space. When working together I want to ensure that you feel comfortable so any questions you may have about the space please feel free to ask.
Online & Telephone Support
You may feel more comfortable having online or telephone sessions and depending on your location and/or schedule having your support this way may work best for you.
